  • in vitro Modulation spezifischer Zellaktivitäten durch Mikromanipulation und Mikroinjektion
  • Detektion von Enzymaktivitäten in lebenden Zellen mittels Spektrofluorimetrie und Mikrofluorimetrie
  • biochemische Analyse von Zellorganellen nach   Dichtegradientenzentrifugation
  • analytische Proteinbiochemie (ELISA, alle Elektrophorese- und Blot-Verfahren)
  • präparative Proteinbiochemie (Säulenchromatographie) 
  • Langzeit-Zellkultur
